Okay, it's REALLY simple. On the far left, you have my overall rating of hte site:

rating = good
a Good Site.		 rating = so-so
a So-So Site.		 rating = shitty
a Crappy Site.

Directly to the right of that is the actual link to the site, and a brief description. To the right of that I rate four catagories on a using thermometers (very good A+ B C D F! very bad). The catagories are:

Content
How much info the site actually has.

Design
How spiffy the site actually looks.

Entertainment
Is the site fun or boring?

Speed
How fast the site loads up.
